Vi f\u00e5r en djupare kontakt med v\u00e5rt andetag och det hj\u00e4lper oss b\u00e5de i yogan men \u00e4ven i vardagen att h\u00e5lla andningen lugn oavsett vad som h\u00e4nder.<\/p><p><em>\u00c4r andningen lugn \u00e4r sinnet lugnt.<\/em><\/p><p>Med ett lugnt sinne kan vi l\u00e4ttare ut\u00f6va meditation. M\u00e5nga kommer i kontakt med djupare delar av sig sj\u00e4lva som \u00e4r bortom sinnena och all den yttre p\u00e5verkan som g\u00f6r att vi l\u00e4tt lever i v\u00e5ra tankar och k\u00e4nslor ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att se verkligheten som den \u00e4r.<\/p><p>Ordet pranayama kommer fr\u00e5n sanskrit och kan delas upp i tre delar prana som betyder andning, livskraft och yama som betyder kontrollera ayama betyder ut\u00f6ka och expandera. S\u00e5 genom pranayama och v\u00e5r andning s\u00e5 \u00f6kar vi v\u00e5r energi och livskraft.\u00a0<\/p><p>Det finns flera f\u00f6rdelar med att ut\u00f6va pranayama b\u00e5de f\u00f6r kroppen och f\u00f6r sinnet.<\/p><ul><li>B\u00e4ttre s\u00f6mnkvalitet<\/li><li>\u00d6kad hj\u00e4rnverksamhet, efter en tids praktiserande<\/li><li>Mindfulness och inre lugn<\/li><li>Fysiska h\u00e4lsan \u00f6kar efter en tids praktiserande<\/li><li>\u00d6kar din koncentrationsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga<\/li><li>Bra f\u00f6r matsm\u00e4ltningen<\/li><li>Minskar stress<\/li><li>\u00d6kar syreintaget i kroppen<\/li><li>P\u00e5verkar nervsystemet<\/li><li>B\u00e4ttre ork<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Yinyoga \u00e4r en blandning mellan Hathayoga, kinesisk medicin och mindfulness.
